If you’ve ever felt lost or dismissed after being told you have PMOS, I get it.
When I was diagnosed back in 2008, I was handed a leaflet, given Metformin, and told I might need help having children. That was it. No one explained how much PMOS could affect my body, my confidence, or my health. So, like so many women, I just carried on, trying to figure it out on my own.

Fast forward ten years, and things had caught up with me — weight gain, thinning hair, acne, and eventually being told I had non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and was heading towards type 2 diabetes. It was a wake-up call. I realised how little support there was for women like me, and I knew something had to change.
That’s when I decided to turn my experience into something meaningful. I wanted to create a space where women with PCOS could find real advice, compassion, and community — a place that feels like chatting with a good friend who gets it.
